Aside from quizzes and exams, the automatic control course in my university requires us to make machines that involve automatic control. We did a poll to decide which of the three prompt my team needs to do. My team, as well as two other groups, drew the prompt — inverted pendulum. I was the sole programmer on our team.
The goal of the inverted pendulum prompt is to make the pendulum stay upright as long as possible.
The machine comprises an Arduino Uno for programming, a motor for rotating the disc on top, and a gyro sensor for feedback.

Snapshot of our inverted pendulum.
On the final test day, our machine was tested, and my team was awarded the best group doing the inverted pendulum prompt.

Our certificate of excellence.
